Finally, contracts will be prepared and signed and the build can begin.

  • Slattery aims to be as transparent as possible, providing real-time communication so your experience is enjoyable. You will receive a design and quote prior to signing any contracts. Most builders choose customizations and upgrades throughout the process. At Slattery, we make these choices upfront to allow for a smooth build. Of course, you can still make changes along the way but it may add time to the building process.
