BRAD NOLL
Following in his grandfather's footsteps, Brad chose a career in real estate 19 years ago. His passion to serve coupled with his desire to compete continues to make his team one of the top teams in the city with 3 full-time assistants and 7 full-time realtors. In the last 2 years, Brad has sold 160 homes with 99% being "by referral". After a successful Division 1 college basketball career he's surpassed over $100 Million in sales. He's no longer hooping, but he's still ballin'.
Away from the office, Brad has been an elder (board member) of his church, served on a steering committee for our regional economic development in partnership with the US State Department, a committee member at Fort Wayne Country Club, and previously has served as a board member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and an Alumni of Leadership Fort Wayne.
For fun, you can find him hanging out with his family as well as basketball, golf, water and snow skiing, traveling, and all of these activities with his wife of 20 years, Lindsay, and 3 kids; Breana, Delaney, Trey.
Lindsay noll
Starting her career with a Nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, Lindsay has woven her passion for care into a successful journey as Noll Team Interiors certified Home Stager and Redesigner, E-Design expert, and Color specialist. Her ability to transform living spaces so clients can feel home has earned her top honors, including the "Best Wow Factor" at the 2023 Festival of Trees and HSR's "Best of the Best" awards in 2021 and 2023.
Her dedication extends beyond design, through mentorship at A Hope Center and contributions to the Cities at State Indiana Forum, enriching her impact on the community. As a Brand Manager and Creative Director, she blends creativity with strategic insight, elevating brand identities with her critical thinking.
Outside the professional sphere, she is deeply committed to her husband of 20 years and family, enthusiastically supporting her children's sports activities, enjoying quiet moments at the lake with a glass of fine wine, and traveling to embrace new experiences and connections. Her journey reflects a harmonious blend of personal passion and professional expertise, making her a true inspiration and a valuable member of our team.
Charity Middleton
Charity Middleton joined The Noll Team in February of 2012. She spent her college years attending the University of Saint Francis. There she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2001 and was a member of the women’s basketball team. She then went on to complete her MBA from the University of Saint Francis in 2005. Charity is a two-time hall of fame inductee for her high school and college basketball career. She has been showcased in Real Producers magazine as their front cover feature and you can even find her on an episode on HGTV!!
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Seth and their sons Carter & Cooper. The boys both play baseball and basketball. Charity loves every minute of being “sports mom”. They enjoy vacationing as a family and spending their summers at Crooked Lake. They all enjoy sports as a family. They even named their dog, Rizzo, after the Cubs won the world series.

Melissa Little
Melissa is a Realtor/Broker with Noll Team Real Estate and has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Frustrated by the overall lack of quality customer service in our culture today, Melissa strives to go above and beyond expectations. She draws from her experience from working in sales at Xerox, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Labs and other companies. She believes every real estate experience should be a happy one and that a good agent should be focused on customer service, helping with the details, including how to register at new schools, getting utilities turned on and acclimating to a new community. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Cultural Affairs from Valparaiso University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Butler University. Melissa is a Hoosier native. Her family moved to Fort Wayne several years ago and she is passionate about helping clients create their best lives here. She can also bake an amazing cupcake!!!

Beyond real estate, I've had the unique opportunity to call eight different states home, allowing me to appreciate the diverse landscapes and cultures our country has to offer. david hodgman
David is our Office Manager. With a heart for serving others and natural skill for guiding people through detailed processes, he has found his niche here at Noll Team Real Estate. He especially loves the end result when the client gets to live the lifestyle they want. David is originally from Michigan, where he met his wife, Rebecca, of 13 years! They have lived in Fort Wayne for 6 years, having fallen in love with all that Fort Wayne has to offer. Together they have two daughters, Sawyer (8) and Everlee (3). Sawyer is excelling in homeschooling with mom, while Everlee is learning all the tips and tricks from her big sis! David loves all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping; but most of all playing out in the sun or snow with his girls. He especially enjoys date nights with his wife checking out the Fort Wayne food scene and supporting small businesses. At night you can find him soaking up his latest read with a bourbon in hand.
Charla Yoder
Charla is Personal Assistant to Charity Middleton. She studied Hospitality Management at IPFW. Her passion is to serve, plan, and take care of others. She has spent the last several years staying home with her young daughters and running a women’s ministry through her church. Now that her girls are in school, she is happy to be a part of the Noll Team and helping to serve and take care of clients.
Trevor day
Trevor Day is the lead buyers agent for Brad at Noll Team Real Estate and has been a licensed realtor for just over four years. With a degree in Business Marketing from Purdue Fort Wayne, Trevor brings a strategic mindset and a keen understanding of market dynamics to his role as a real estate advisor. Trevor’s journey with The Noll Team began as an intern where he quickly discovered his love for building relationships and guiding clients through the complexities of the home buying process. Over the past four years, Trev has now helped over 200 families find the perfect place to call home. Whether it’s a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, Trevor’s dedication to understanding his clients’ needs ensures that each transaction is tailored to their unique goals. His commitment to excellence and personalized service has allowed him a quick start in the industry. He was featured on the Cover of Real Producers Magazine in December of 2022. Beyond his professional endeavors, Trevor enjoys Traveling with his girlfriend, Madison, and cherishing quality time with friends and family. With only being four years in the business, Trevor is excited to continue serving families in the greater Fort Wayne area.
Kelly Werth
Kelly has worked in the real estate industry since 1999. She began with 8 years in commercial real estate before taking a break and returning to real estate, this time making the switch to residential. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, a graduate of Bishop Luers and Ball State University, she is very familiar with Fort Wayne and the surrounding area.
Her involvement with the community runs deep. She has been active with the Indiana State Fair for more than 30 years, continues to volunteer with Charis House, is a discipleship deacon with Emmanuel Lutheran Church, and has held VP and President roles within school PTCs and the HOA.
Kelly now lives in Roanoke with Chuck, her husband of 20 years, and 3 children; Carter, Owen, and Leah. She loves spending time at Big Long Lake, watching her kids play sports, is a fan of Purdue, and is fond of spending time with friends and family. If you haven’t met Kelly yet, be sure to ask her about the weather when you do. She LOVES the weather!
Ryan Achor
Ryan joined our team at the beginning of the summer in 2023. Having just graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Purdue Fort Wayne (he also has an associate’s degree in business from Ivy Tech), he is eager to begin his career in real estate.
Having lived in Fort Wayne since 4th grade and graduating from Carroll High School, Ryan is familiar with the area. He is a big football fan; playing for 11 years, cheering for the Chicago Bears for a lifetime, and currently coaching at Carroll Middle School. He also enjoys spending time on the golf course during the summer months.
Ryan loves more than football and golf. He has been married to his wife, Halie, since 2021. Together, they have two dogs, Peyton (9) and Lilah (2). Ryan also loves to cook so feel free to ask him about his go-to recipes.
George Scott
George is our real estate intern. He retired from being an upper-level business manager and joined our team to be our representative on site for whatever the need—hanging signs, installing lock boxes, measuring homes, liaising with contractors and vendors.
In his spare time, George is working on becoming a professional golfer.
Alfeo Orge
Meet Alfie, a passionate gamer with a heart of gold. From a young age, Alfie found solace and excitement in the virtual realms of video games, where he could unleash his creativity and immerse himself in epic adventures. Alongside his gaming prowess, Alfie has a long-time girlfriend, whom he cherishes dearly. Their relationship is built on trust, mutual respect, and shared interests, including their love for gaming.
Beyond his digital escapades, Alfie is known for his altruistic nature. He finds joy in helping others, whether it's guiding fellow gamers through challenging levels or offering support and advice to friends in need. His compassionate spirit shines through in both his virtual and real-life endeavors, making him a beloved figure in his community.
In his spare time, Alfie can be found exploring new gaming worlds, spending quality time with his girlfriend, or lending a helping hand wherever it's needed. With his combination of gaming skills and genuine kindness, Alfie continues to make a positive impact on those around him, both online and offline.
Lexi hicks
Meet Lexi Hicks, a vibrant professional who graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in April of 2023. With a degree in Design for Social Impact and a minor in Photography, Lexi's journey in the design world has been both exciting and transformative.
Her love for design has always burned brightly, but it soared to new heights in the summer of 2022 when Lexi dove into an internship with Noll Team Interiors. This experience not only reinforced her passion for design but also sparked a whole new level of enthusiasm. Now, as a valuable part of The Noll Team, Lexi is tackling diverse roles, showcasing her talents in marketing, design, and podcast assisting. Her commitment and creativity are set to make a lasting impact on the projects she takes on, blending her design passion with a dedication to making a positive social impact.
