One Year Anniversary Letter

Things we’ve learned owning our real estate company for 1 year.

There is a time and a season for everything. So many people over the years have invested in us. We’ve been blessed by the number of families we get to serve. Our team has grown in direct proportion to the outpouring of love and introductions we have received. The quality of work we do and the client experience is paramount. We’ve grown personally and professionally more this past 12 months than any other previous period.

As we reflect back on our 1 year Anniversary at Noll Team Real Estate, there’s a wave of emotion that fills my heart and soul. I wish others could experience the joy of having a team with phenomenal chemistry and a fantastic culture. At the same time, I wish no one would have to experience the stress and isolation of wondering how the lights will stay on as we manage the growth.

You must be killing it, is the line we’ve heard most often. We have been fortunate to maintain as wells exceed our own goals and expectations. However, “you must be killing it” is a very loose comment that only speaks to the consumers perception of the speed of the market.

There are many challenges when the speed of the market is this fast. It’s not a market for amateurs. It’s not a market for newbies. It’s not a market for part-timers. This is a professionals market like I’ve never seen before. And we will embrace this real estate market.

My grandfather owned his own real estate business for over 55 years. He was someone I looked up to. The guy who entered the room and commanded attention, not because he demanded it, but because of the value he provided and the leader he was to people that was needed at the time. My goal is that Lindsay & I continue to honor his legacy by building a real estate company that models compassion, success, & relationship towards our clients, team, and community.

This may be our 1 year anniversary, but it takes much longer than that to build a legacy. We aren’t doing this for the annual gains. We are here for the long haul. We are here to build our legacy.
